Consultation 

We meet with you to learn about your home, travel schedule, specific concerns and the services you need. We discuss visit frequency, pricing, property access, reporting preferences and what you would like us to do if an issue is discovered.

Customized Home Watch Plan

We create a customized inspection checklist based on your home, priorities and concerns. Together, we establish the visit frequency, property-access instructions, emergency contacts and the actions you authorize us to take if a problem is discovered.

Scheduled Property Visits

We visit your property according to the agreed schedule and complete a visual inspection of the interior and exterior. We follow your customized checklist while looking for obvious signs of water leaks, heating or cooling concerns, storm damage, pest activity, unauthorized entry and other developing issues.

Digital Reports and Notifications

After every visit, you receive a detailed digital report with photographs and notes from the inspection. If we discover a concern that requires prompt attention, we contact you directly, document the issue and follow your instructions regarding the next steps. When authorized, we can also help coordinate access for an appropriate service provider.
