Arrival Preperations

We will open your home so everything is ready when you arrive.  Everything from turning the water on, turning up the heat, putting patio furniture out, get the dock ready, assemble trampolines, etc.

Home Maintenance

We offer Home Maintenance services.  This includes all maintenance that is required of the home, to include but not limited to, smoke detector batteries, HVAC filters, dock maintenance, yard maintenance, handyman services and General Contracting Services. 

Departure Preparation

We will shut the water off, if wanted, bring in all furniture, dissemble any yard equipment.  Remove any trash, coordinate yard winterization, etc.

Remote Properties

Do you have a remote property with limited access?  Does your remote property pose unique challenges?  That's our specialty.

Snow Bird Services

Coordinate snow removal, coordinate or complete any winterization that needs to be done to the property.  Mail forwarding, start a vehicle left behind.

Vendor Escorts

We will escort contractors/vendors who are working on your home to help you make sure the work is done correctly and push for an on time completion.
