Scheduled Home Watch Visits

We perform scheduled visual inspections of the interior and exterior of your property, looking for obvious signs of water leaks, heating or cooling concerns, storm damage, pest activity, unauthorized entry and other developing issues.

Customized for Your Property

Every home is different. We will work with you to create a Home Watch schedule and inspection checklist based on your property, travel schedule and specific concerns.

Mail and Package Services

During scheduled Home Watch visits, we can collect mail, packages and notices left at the property. Items can be secured inside the home, and mail forwarding can be coordinated when requested.

Seasonal and Post-Storm Checks

North Idaho weather can change quickly. We provide additional property checks following severe storms, heavy snowfall, high winds or other weather events that could affect your home.

Departure Preparation

We help prepare your property for an extended absence by completing agreed-upon tasks such as shutting off the water, adjusting thermostats, bringing in outdoor furniture, removing trash and coordinating seasonal services.

Remote Properties

Remote properties can present unique access and maintenance concerns. We create customized inspection plans based on the property’s location, seasonal access and specific needs.

Keyholder Services

We can securely maintain a property key for scheduled Home Watch visits, approved vendor access and urgent situations involving your home.

Arrival Preparation

We prepare your home for your return by completing agreed-upon tasks such as turning on the water, adjusting thermostats, placing outdoor furniture and checking that the home is ready for your arrival.

Vendor Access and Coordination

We provide secure access for approved contractors and service providers when you cannot be present. We can meet vendors at the property, document their arrival and departure, and provide you with an update.
