Home Watch of North Idaho is a nationally accredited Home Watch service through the National Home Watch Association (NHWA). We provide peace of mind by ensuring your home is regularly monitored by trained, insured, and vetted professionals.  To earn NHWA accreditation, companies must undergo a thorough vetting process — including reference checks, annual background screening, and verification of proper insurance, bonding, and licensing. This ensures every member meets the highest standards of professionalism and reliability. NHWA members also commit to a strict Code of Ethics, ongoing education, and support one another as part of a trusted network — the recognized Gold Standard in the Home Watch industry.
